1、Maximum Bubble Pressure Method (Molten Salt Property Comprehensive Tester)
Testing principle:
Based on the maximum bubble pressure method. When the diameter of the bubbles blown out of the capillary immersed in the liquid is equal to the diameter of the capillary, the pressure inside the bubbles reaches its maximum value, and the surface tension of the liquid can be calculated based on this value.
2、Pulling tube/ring method (high-temperature melt physical properties comprehensive tester)
Testing principle:
When the pull tube/ring immersed in the liquid is slowly pulled up, the liquid is lifted due to both gravity and surface tension. When the pull tube/ring detaches from the liquid, the weight of the liquid carried reaches its maximum value, thus obtaining the surface tension of the liquid.
1、Maximum bubble pressure method
1. Blow in bubbles using a capillary tube, and control the generation rate of bubbles using a needle type micro regulating valve. The bubbles are uniform and the measurement results are stable;
2. Suitable for a wide range of melts, especially for measuring the surface tension of low viscosity uniform melts.
2、Pulling tube/ring method
1. Based on the classic measurement principle of liquid surface tension, the testing is stable and the operation is simple and convenient;
2. It can be used for measuring surface tension of complex samples with high viscosity.
